DIRECT ACCESS

VISIBLE WORK
A client hub, backlog, and delivery record so the service stays accountable.
The problem
A working AI system changes once people start using it. New exceptions appear. Instructions need correction. Tools update. The business asks for more.
Without someone responsible, the system slowly becomes another tool nobody trusts. Northern Logic provides the operating rhythm and hands-on support needed to keep it aligned with the work.
It means monitoring, corrections, working sessions, a place to ask for help, and a visible record of what was delivered. It does not mean unlimited new builds with no scope.
How you reach us
Part of the value is not waiting until the next scheduled call to ask a practical question. We set up clear channels and an agreed response window so your team knows how to get help.
A dedicated Slack channel gives your team a direct place to ask questions, report issues, share examples, and request small improvements without rebuilding context over email every time.
For faster back-and-forth, we can also use a voice messaging channel such as Voxer. That helps when it is easier to explain a process out loud than write a long note.
Every plan defines business hours and a response target for support requests. You know when to expect a reply, what is included, and what needs to be scoped as larger project work.
Regular working sessions are reserved for deeper review, live process work, and decisions about what should come next. Intake and preparation keep those sessions useful.
What you receive
This is consulting and technical support connected to the same backlog. The point is progress you can see.
Review what is working, what is not, and which business problem should come next.
See problems earlier, understand what happened, and decide whether to correct the system or the process.
Update instructions, examples, connections, and routines within the agreed scope.
Decide where AI adds value, where an existing product is better, and where people should stay in control.
Add routines and improvements through a visible, prioritized backlog instead of an open-ended wish list.
Keep a record of what changed, what was delivered, what it supports, and what comes next.
Client hub
This is not reporting for its own sake. It gives the business a clear way to judge the service and make the next decision.
Before the session, we review the backlog and recent use. During the session, we work on a real process, decision, issue, or improvement. Afterward, the hub is updated with what changed and what each side owns.
Scope
Managed support should feel generous and still stay honest. Every plan makes the boundaries plain before work begins.
Fit
The first scope stays narrow enough to teach, test, and support. Expansion follows evidence, not a feature list.
Your team owns the business result and important judgment. Northern Logic owns the operating support inside the agreed scope.

Potentially. We first review the system, access, documentation, risks, and supportability.
Routine improvements may be included up to an agreed allowance. Larger workflows and integrations are scoped separately.
The working-session cadence is defined in the plan. A common starting point is two working sessions per month, with asynchronous support between them.
