AI Operations Hub

See your AI operation in one place.

We build one clear view of the goals, AI responsibilities, work, approvals, issues, cost, and improvements behind your system. Your team can see what is active and where a decision is needed without managing the setup behind it.

SHARED VIEW

One place to look

See the business goals, active responsibilities, current work, open issues, and next improvements together.

CLEAR CONTROL

The right people stay involved

Approvals, access, exceptions, and ownership remain visible instead of disappearing inside separate tools.

The shared view

Know what is running and why.

The hub connects AI activity to the business result it supports. Owners, process leads, and Northern Logic share the same view without digging through separate tools.

Goals and priorities

Connect every active responsibility to a business goal, current priority, expected result, and accountable owner.

Specialized responsibilities

See what each assistant is responsible for, the work it prepares, the tools it may use, and the boundaries around the role.

Current work and handoffs

Make active work, scheduled responsibilities, completed preparation, and the next handoff easier to follow.

Decisions and exceptions

Bring open questions, failed handoffs, and work awaiting human judgment to the right person before progress stalls.

Operating control

Keep the important boundaries visible.

A useful hub does more than show activity. It makes the knowledge, access, approval, quality, and cost decisions around the work easier to understand and manage.

Approved knowledge and tools

Show which company sources and business systems support each responsibility, along with the owner responsible for keeping them current.

Access and approvals

Document what an assistant may view or change, which actions require review, and who is qualified to approve them.

Quality, issues, and cost

See review findings, operating issues, what changed, usage, and cost before deciding what needs attention next.

Improvement backlog

Collect possible changes in one ordered list so the next build decision follows business value instead of tool excitement.

What changes

Less chasing. Better visibility.

The hub gives each person the view they need while Northern Logic manages the deeper operating work behind it.

For the business owner

See which goals the system supports, where attention is needed, and what improvement is being considered next.

For the process owner

See current work, review requests, exceptions, source changes, and decisions connected to the process you own.

For the team

Know what has been prepared, what still needs human judgment, and where to raise a question when the work does not look right.

For Northern Logic

Use the same operating view to monitor the system, investigate issues, manage changes, and recommend the next useful improvement.

How we build it

Start with one useful operating view.

The first hub should reflect the work that exists today. It can grow as more assistants, workflows, knowledge areas, and business goals become worth managing together.

1. Define what matters

Choose the business goal, active responsibilities, owners, decisions, and operating signals that need to stay visible.

2. Connect the working parts

Bring the relevant assistants, workflows, approved knowledge, tools, access rules, and review points into the shared view.

3. Set the operating rhythm

Define who reviews what, how issues are raised, when priorities are revisited, and how improvements enter the backlog.

Example from the hub

See what is running and why it matters.

One shared place for the business goal, active AI work, human review, open issues, cost, and the next improvement, so your team can stay oriented without managing the system behind it.

FAQ

Straight answers.

The details depend on the business and the work. These answers explain the operating model before an assessment.

Read the full FAQ
Is the AI Operations Hub a separate app we have to manage?

No. It is the shared management layer Northern Logic configures around your company-specific AI system. We select and configure the underlying tools around the business requirements, while your view stays focused on goals, work, decisions, and results.

How is this different from Managed AI Operations?

The AI Operations Hub is the operating view and coordination layer we build. Managed AI Operations is the ongoing service through which Northern Logic monitors, corrects, changes, and improves the connected system over time.

Who uses the hub?

Owners, process leads, and reviewers use the parts relevant to their responsibilities. Northern Logic uses the deeper operating view to manage active work, issues, access, quality, cost, and planned improvements.

Does the hub let AI take actions without approval?

Not by default. Access and approval boundaries are defined for each responsibility. Customer-facing, financial, legal, safety, access, and other consequential actions can remain with the people qualified to approve them.

Bring the operation into view

Can you see what your AI system is doing?

Bring a live AI effort, a growing set of automations, or the first group of assistants you want to coordinate. We will help you decide what the shared operating view should include.
